1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
6. New Business:
   a. Resolution 2026-1; Financial Support of Lenox Toddler Pool.
   b. County Attorney appointment discussion and possible approval.
   c. Discussion and possible approval of Homestead, Military & Family Farm applications.
   d. Liquor License discussion and possible approval for Taylor County Fair Grounds.
   e. Public Health update and building visit. 10:30 a.m.
   f. Discussion and possible approval of Equipment Disposal Forms.
   g. Taylor County Fair donation discussion and possible approval.
7. Old Business:
   a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   b. Elected Official and Department Head updates.
8. Approval of Claims and/ or Handwritten Warrants.
9. Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting.
10. Adjournment

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
