October 8, 2026 Meeting Minutes

OFFICAL PROCEEDINGS FOR
TAYLOR COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors met in regular session on October 8, 2026. Chairman Jack Beggs called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisor roll call: Fitzgerald, Wall and Beggs present.
Also in attendance: Judy Henry and Shellia Culp.

Fitzgerald motioned to approve the agenda for today and minutes from October 1, 2026. Wall seconded, MC 3-0.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
None

COMMITTEE REPORT:
Beggs attended the SICOG regular meeting.

SECONDARY ROADS:
No Report
NEW BUSINESS:
Employee Insurance Buyouts were signed.
Jacy Larson with Waypoint Realty LLC presented an Exclusive Listing Agreement for the sell of the Annex building. Wall motioned to approve the Waypoint Listing Agreement for the Annex. Fitzgerald seconded, MC 3-0. South Central 911 Services will be present for the October 15th meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
Culp would like to get a rental lift truck to clean the exterior windows on the Courthouse. The Board will try to get one rented for weekend of October 17, 2026.
Claims were approved against the county.

Wall made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Fitzgerald seconded, MC 3-0.

Meeting adjourned.

The Board of Supervisors approve these unofficial minutes to be published in the local newspapers and upon approval in the Taylor County Board of Supervisors Minute Book as official minutes:
