1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if they are not on the agenda. If public hearing comments must pertain to hearing topic).
4. Supervisor Committee Reports
5. Secondary Roads
a. Departmental updates, discussion and possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable).
b. Pipe letting discussion and possible approval.
6. New Business:
a. Bedford Fest short term occupancy agreement discussion and possible approval.
b. Discussion and possible approval of Taylor County Ordinance #40: Establishing A Temporary Moratorium on the acceptance, processing, and approval of applications for Data Center, Solar Energy System, Wind Energy Conversion System, Battery Energy Storage System and Mineral Right Development.
c. Sheriff’s Office discussion and possible approval of Squad Car purchase and up fit.
d. FY27 Appropriations discussion and possible approval.
e. Update on Lenox Housing Program support, possible approval.
f. Employee Insurance Buyouts.
g. Discussion and possible acceptance of Imagine the Possibilities lease termination letter.

a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects of the Courthouse.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the County. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
