3. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
4. Supervisor Committee Reports
5. Secondary Roads
   1. Departmental updates, discussion and possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable).
6. New Business:
   1. ICAP renewal discussion and possible approval.
   2. Department Head Meeting 9:30 a.m.
   3. Discussion/possible approval of ReGov Iowa Pre-Release Software Program Agreement.
   4. Closed Session per Iowa Code 21.5(1) c Litigation Settlement – Brent Hinders 10:30 a.m.
   5. Discussion and possible action to Litigation Settlement.
   6. Change date for FY27 Budget Public Hearing discussion/possible approval.
   7. Veterans Affair Employee Hire discussion and possible approval. 1:15 p.m.
7. Old Business:
   1. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects of the Courthouse.
   2. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
8. Approval of Claims and/or Handwritten Warrants.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the County.  All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
