- Approval of Agenda and Minutes
- Supervisor Committee Reports
- Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda).
- Secondary Roads:
a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
b. Bid letting for Holt 23 Bridge, possible approval
c. Resolution 2026-09, Approving signing authority for Holt 23 Contracts discussion and possible approval.
d. Discussion and possible approval to purchase a 2013 Peterbilt 386. - New Business:
a. Closed Session per Iowa Code 21.5 (1)k, confidential records.
b. Snow removal bid letting, possible approval. - Old Business:
a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
b. Elected Official updates and office activity. - Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
- Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
