1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda).
5. Secondary Roads:
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
   b. Secondary Roads transfer Resolution 2026-07 discussion and possible approval.
   c. Discussion and possible approval of lease for John Deere tractor.
6. New Business:
   a. Conservation Department update, Zoey Lecy.
   b. Discussion and possible approval of Taylor County insurance buyouts.
   c. County Commission of Veterans Affair Service Officer noncompliance notice, discussion and possible approval of replacement process.
7. Old Business:
   a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   b. Elected Official updates and office activity.
8. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.
10. Adjournment

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
