4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable). 9:10 a.m.
   b. Discuss and possible approval purchasing a new lawnmower
   c. Discuss and possible approval purchasing a sprayer using Rural Basic Funds.
   d. Discuss and possible approval purchasing a water truck.
   e. Discuss and possible approval to close a road in Dallas 10 in NE Quarter.
   f. Discuss and possible approval of new hire.
   g. Discuss and possible approval of budget amendment.
6. New Business:
   a. Discussion and possible approval of Taylor County Ordinance #34 Flood Plan Management, to rescind and readopt with updates.
   b. Public Hearing for Taylor County FY25/26 Budget. 10:00 a.m.
   c. Discussion and possible approval of Taylor County FY26 Budget, Resolution 2025-12.
   d. Discussion and possible approval of Iowa Department of Transportation Secondary Roads Budget for Taylor County, Resolution 2025-13.
   e. Discussion and possible approval of Iowa Department of Transportation Secondary Roads Five Year Program for Taylor County, Resolution 2025-14.
   f. Discussion and possible approval of Appropriations for FY26, Resolution 2025-15.
7. Old Business:
   a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   b. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
8. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
9. Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
