1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   a. Secondary Roads update, possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable). 9:10 a.m.
6. New Business:
   a. 2nd Tier Canvass
   b. Discuss and possible approval of Compensation Board
   c. Discuss and possible approval of Pay Days and Bill Days in 2026
   d. Discuss and possible approval of new construction in Public Health office
   e. Update on Wilson Lake restroom – Zoie Lecy
   f. Closed Session per Iowa Code 21.5 (1) c & I, litigation & employee performance.
7. Old Business:
   a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   b. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
8. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
9. Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting.
10. Adjournment

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
