5. Secondary Roads
a. Departmental updates, discussion and possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable).
b. Secondary Road Transfer-Resolution #2026-24 discussion and possible approval.
6. New Business:
a. Employee Insurance Buyouts
b. Resolution #2026-25 EMS 15 Year Levy, discussion and possible approval.
c. Discussion and possible approval of ReGov Iowa Pre-Release Software Program Agreement.
d. Closed Session per Iowa Code 21.5(1) c-possible litigation, I-personnel hiring.
e. Max Levy Hearing 10:00 a.m.
f. Adams/Taylor VA 28-E Agreement discussion and possible approval. 10:30 a.m.

a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects of the Courthouse.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
