4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable). 9:10 a.m.
   1. Review and possible approval of Posting Weight Limits on Bridges.
6. New Business:
   1. Black Maple Wind Project Economic Impact Statement.
   1. MATURA FY26 Funding Request 9:15 a.m.
   1. Semi Annual Report, Treasurer Dana Davis.
   1. Sheriff, Josh Weed, Department Staffing and Wage Adjustments discussion and possible approval.
   1. Bond & Principal Insurance updates, Ewart Ins. 11:15 a.m.

   1. Discussion and possible approval on updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
