1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
a. Secondary Roads update, possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable).
b. Discussion and possible approval of changes to 2026 Weight Limit Postings in Holt Section 1 & 12, Jefferson Section 21, Platte Section 18 and Ross Section 9.
c. Discussion and possible approval of changes to remove or no longer require any posted weight limits on bridges in Marshall Section 5 & 26, Jefferson Section 3, Dallas Sections 8 & 25, Jackson Sections 17 & 20.
d. Resolution 2026-#18 Change part of Post Ave, Marshall Township, to a Level A service road.
6. New Business:
a. Senior Center Funding Request-Auditor Henry
b. Lenox Neighborhood Funding Request 9:30 a.m.
c. Sheriffs Office Budget 10:00 a.m.
d. Resolution 2026-#19 to update Employee Insurance Buyout Form, discussion and possible approval.
e. Veterans Affair 28E Agreement for temporary service from Adams County Veterans Affair Office, discussion and possible approval.
f. Discussion and possible approval of Health Insurance Plan for FY27 10:30 a.m.
7. Old Business:
a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
b. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
8. Approval of Claims and / or Handwritten Warrants.
9. Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
