2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Secondary Roads:
   a. Secondary Roads update, possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable). 9:10
   a.m.
   b. Discussion and possible approval of Amendment to CFYP moving 2 projects from Farm to Market to
   HBP Federal Aid-Roads.
6. New Business:
   a. United Fiber discussion and possible approval.
7. Old Business:
   a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.
   b. Elected Official and Departmental updates.
8. Approval of Claims and/ or Handwritten Warrants.
9. Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting.
10. Adjournment
    
    The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting Is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of Individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
