5. Secondary Roads
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
6. New Business
   1. Abatement Discussion and possible approval for Litteers W74’ Lot 28, New Market, Church of Christ.
   1. Discussion and possible approval on the following policies:
      1. Taylor County Purchasing Policies and Procedures
      1. Taylor County Fraud Reporting Policy
      1. Personally Identifiable Information and Protected Personally Identifiable Information Requirements Applicable to all Federal Awards.
7. Old Business
   1. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse.
   1. Auditor updates for county and office activity.
8. Approval of Claims and /or handwritten Warrants (if any)
9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
