1. Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors
2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes
3. Supervisor Committee Reports
4. Public Comments (limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)
5. Assured Partners presentation of new health insurance rates possible approval. 9:00 a.m.
6. Secondary Roads:
a. Secondary Roads update, possible approval of utility permits and projects. (as applicable).
7. New Business:
a. Discussion and possible approval of Resolution #2026-13 Taylor County Handbook and Policy Manual.
b. Discuss Safety Manual changes. 9:45 a.m.
c. Appointments for Safety Committee, discussion and possible approval. 10:00 a.m.
d. EMA budget request. 10:15 a.m.
e. Treasurer, Dana Davis, Taylor County Semi-Annual Report. 10:30 a.m.
f. Discuss and possible approval of Sheriff’s Union Tentative Agreement. 10:45 a.m.
g. Discuss and possible approval of SIRHA appointment. 11:00 a.m.
h. County Attorney, Mike Wells, City of Conway legal description discussion and progress on unincorporating. 11:15 a.m.

a. Discussion and possible approval of updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All people are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the meeting.
