Supervisor Wilmarth called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Roll call Supervisors: Horton, and Wilmarth and Auditor Bethany Murphy.
The Board canvassed the results of the Clarinda School Special Election.
Horton made a motion seconded by Wilmarth to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 2-0.
