The Taylor County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 11, 2023 Supervisor Fitzgerald called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisor roll call: Fitzgerald, Watson, Beggs, all present. Also present: Holly Cavin, and Justin Savage.
Beggs made a motion to approve Resolution 2024-04 to fill a vacancy in the office of County Auditor. Watson seconded. MC 3-0
The Board discussed filling the vacancy in the auditors office by appointment and to publish the public notice and Resolution 2024-04.
The Board discussed dates to interview candidates for the County Auditor position.
The Board reviewed topics for discussion in future meetings. Watson motioned to adjourn the meeting. Beggs seconded. MC 3-0
