5. Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and approve Hungry Canyon Funding for projects HC 23-7, HC 23-8, and HC 23-9
   c. Discuss and possibly approve quote for chip sealing Badger Ave
   d. Open and discuss pipe quotes received via sealed bid
   e. Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2023-22 for transfer to Secondary Roads
6. New Business
   a. 9:30 – Discuss and possibly approve LOST Economic Development spending agreement
   b. 9:45 – Discuss and respond to IMWCA site visit recommendations
   c. 9:55 – Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of a Public Health office
   i. Discussed in closed session under Iowa Code 22.5(1)(j)
   d. 10:15 – Discussion and possible approval of improvements to infrastructure relating to Courthouse security
   i. Discussed in closed session under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(k), for records protected
   by Iowa Code 22.7(50); as well as CJIS 5.5.2.
   e. 10:35 – Discuss and possibly approve property tax credit and exemption applications
   f. 10:40 – Discuss and possibly approve Insurance Buyout applications
   g. 10:45 – Discuss and possibly approve Liquor License renewal for Taylor Co. Fair
   h. 10:50 – Discuss and possibly approve previously opened bid(s) for corrugate pipe
   i. 11:00 – Discuss and possibly approve claims to be paid

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meet regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m.  All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.

*Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
