5. Secondary Roads
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
   b. Secondary Roads Fuel Bid Letting
   c. Secondary Roads Transfer Resolution 2024-17, discussion, and possible approval.
   d. Discuss and possible approval of project with IA DOT in regard to City of Gravity Entrance.
6. New Business
   a. Discussion and possible approval of Central Service Cost Allocation Plan for FY2023.
   b. Employee Insurance Buyout discussion and possible approval for 1st Quarter, FY 25.
   c. Approval of the settlement agreement concerning Sue Cox Lawsuit.
   d. Discussion and possible approval for Assessor credit card.
   e. Discuss and possible approval to hire for dispatch for Sheriff’s office.
   f. Discuss and possible approval of purchase of squad vehicle for Sheriff’s department.
7. Old Business
   a. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse.
   b. Auditor’s update on county and office updates.
8. Approval of Claims and/or Handwritten Warrants (if any)
9. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting.

The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county. All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office. The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
