- Accessing, downloading, or distributing illegal content
- Attempting to access unauthorized systems, networks, or data
- Interfering with network performance or security

privacy or security of information transmitted over this Network.

4. Network Monitoring

availability, speed, or reliability.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Courthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the Network,
including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or service interruptions.
7. Enforcement
The Courthouse reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Network at any time for
violations of these terms.
