1. **Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors**
2. **Approval of Agenda and Minutes**
3. **Public Comments***(limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)*
4. **Committee Reports***(if applicable)*

1. **Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)**
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and possibly approve purchase of a disc mower
   c. Discuss and possibly approve a candidate for Weed Commissioner
2. **New Business**
   a. 9:20 – Discuss and possibly approve Insurance Claim Filings or Repair Estimates
   b. 9:25 – Discuss and possibly approve Property Damage Reporting Policy
   c. 9:30 – Discuss and possibly decide on offer received for the purchase of 203 Main Street
   *i. Closed session discussion under Iowa Code 21.5 (1)(j)*
   d. 9:35 – Discuss and possibly approve Courthouse maintenance projects/purchases
   e. 9:40 – Discuss and possibly approve plan for Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum
   f. 9:45 – Discuss and possibly approve IMWCA site visit and next steps
   g. 9:50 – Discuss and possibly approve Solutions Support Agreement Renewal
   h. 9:55 – Discuss and possibly approve claims to be paid
   i. 10:15 – Discuss and possibly approve/schedule Budget Amendments for FY23

**The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meet regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m.  All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.**

***Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.**
