- **Secondary Roads***(starting at 9:05)* 
  - Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)

- **New Business** 

- 9:30 – Discuss and possibly approve participation in Invitation to Qualify Grant 

- 9:45 – Discuss and possibly approve Assured Partners (insurance) renewal 

- 10:00 – Discuss and possibly approve purchase of mower for Conservation department 

- 10:15 – Closed Session to discuss employee evaluation 
  - Closed session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5 (1)(i)

- 10:30 – Review and possibly approve equipment disposal forms 

- 10:35 – Execute Assignment of Title for previously awarded sealed bids 

- 10:40 – Discuss and possibly decide on next steps for Courthouse eagle statue 

- 10:50 – Discuss sexual harassment investigation
