   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and possibly approve purchase of semi-truck c. Discuss and possibly approve purchase of hydroseeder
6. **New Business**
   **a. 9:30** – Public Hearing to discuss sale of 203 Main Street
   **b. 10:00** – Discuss and possibly approve sale of 203 Main Street
   **c. 10:10** – Discuss and possibly approve claims to be paid
   **d. 10:20** – Discussion and possible approval of improvements to server room and other infrastructure improvements relating to security
    *i. Discussed in closed session under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(k), for records protected

***Additional Information for 6.a & 6.b**

To consider acceptance of an offer made by Parrish Marr and Wanda Marr to purchase for Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) the property located in Taylor County, Iowa, and described as follows:

*The East Two-thirds (E2/3) of Lot One (1) in Block Twenty (20) and the West Twenty-two feet (22’) of Lot “J” in Block Twenty-five (25), all in the Original Town (now City) of Bedford, Taylor County, Iowa, also described as parcel no. 0423020101000, located at 203 Main Street, Bedford, Iowa.*

**The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meet regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m.  All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.**

***Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.**
