2. **Approval of Agenda and Minutes**

5. **Secondary Roads (starting at 9:05)**
   a. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable)
   b. Discuss and open fuel quotes for Secondary Roads
   c. Discuss and possibly approve hand-written warrant for semi-truck purchase
6. **New Business**
   a. 9:30 – Discuss and possibly approve LOST Economic Development spending
   b. 10:00 – Discuss and possibly approve ICAP FY24 renewal
   c. 10:30 – Discuss and possibly approve quotes for security and infrastructure improvements
   d. 10:35 – Discuss and possibly decide on plan and expenditures for Public Health
   e. 10:45 – Discuss and possibly decide on lease terms for 619 Court Ave
   f. 10:50 – Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2023-21; Moratorium on Wind Projects
   g. 11:00 – Discuss and possibly approve fuel quotes for Secondary Roads
   h. 11:05 – Discuss and possibly approve Homestead Credit applications
   i. 11:10 – Discuss and possibly approve Insurance Buyout applications

**The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meet regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m.  All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government.**

***Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.**
