1. **Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors**
2. **Approval of Agenda and Minutes**
3. **Supervisor Committee Reports**
4. **Public Comments***(limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)*
5. **Secondary Roads:**
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable). 9:10 a.m.
6. **New Business:**
   1. Assured Partners presentation, discussion and possible approval of County Health Insurance. 9:15
   1. County Budget Amendment Public Hearing 10:00 a.m. Possible approval of Amendment.
   1. ISAC HIPPA Training Tool discussion and possible approval. Crystal Drake
   1. 90 Day Agreement for County Attorney Hire discussion and possible approval.
   1. FY 25/26 Funding Request Southwest Iowa Trolly, possible approval.

   1. Sheriff Department possible approval of Body Cam replacements. Josh Weed
7. **Old Business:**
   1. Discussion and possible approval of Mental Health Advocate.
   1. Discussion and possible approval on updates to maintenance projects pertaining to the Courthouse.

**The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeti**
