1. **Call Meeting to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call of Supervisors**
2. **Approval of Agenda and Minutes**
3. **Public Comments***(limited to two minutes per person if not on the agenda)*
4. **Committee Reports**(if applicable)
5. **Secondary Roads**
   1. Secondary Roads update and possible approval of utility permits (as applicable).
6. **New Business**
   1. Review and possible approval for use of Opioid Funds, Memorandum of Understanding for Early Childhood Consultation, Joyce Westphall.
   1. Discussion and possible approval of Class C Alcohol License, Deer Ridge at Lexington.
   1. Native Hardwood discussion and possible approval of ceiling repair in basement of Courthouse.
   1. Void Warrant from FY22/23 discussion and possible approval.

   1. Discussion and possible approval of FY24/25  Proposed Budget Hearing Date.
7. **Old Business**
   1. Discuss and possible approval on updates and maintenance projects for the Courthouse.
8. **Approval of Claims and/or Handwritten Warrants**(if any)

**The Taylor County Board of Supervisors meets regularly on Thursdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public unless, for purposes described in the Code of Iowa chapter 21, a closed meeting is necessary or advisable to protect the interests of individuals or the county.  All persons are invited to take an active role in Taylor County government. *Agenda appointments will need to be scheduled through the Taylor County Auditor’s Office.  The deadline for new appointments is 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.**
